Volopa integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 bolstering finance tools
Mon, 6th May 2024

Volopa, the international payments and expenses provider, has launched a significant integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, bolstering its expense-management tools for finance teams. This latest development follows the company’s strategic partnerships forged earlier this year with ClearBank and Yapily.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, an all-encompassing business management solution, has been designed specifically to provide support for the financial concerns of small to medium-sized businesses. The incorporation of this tool into Volopa’s platform simplifies expense management processes and strengthens the company’s reputation as a reliable support for finance directors, CFOs and treasurers, ensuring control and transparency.

Central to Volopa’s services' appeal is a full suite of accounting capabilities, including pre-existing integrations with Quickbooks and Xero. These tools allow businesses to synchronise expenses and bank feeds, manage the tracking of shared wallet funds, refunds, and fees, and handle tracking codes and settled card transactions with ease.

Ali Albajati, Head of Product at Volopa, emphasised the significance of their latest development. He expressed delight in incorporating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into their expense management tools. This addition, alongside existing integrations with Xero and Quickbooks, enhances businesses' options to track and process expenses efficiently.

Ali Albajati said, “We are hugely pleased to be adding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to our suite of expense management tools. This is a leading solution for payment teams to track expenses, so the integration, alongside our existing integrations with Xero and Quickbooks, will help give businesses even greater choice in managing and processing expenses. We are proud to continually add functionality for assisting teams with seamless financial management, and we look forward to further developing this offering in the future.”

The integration with Microsoft Dynamics marks another significant step in Volopa's ongoing expansion. The company had previously announced its partnership with embedded banking platform ClearBank to grow its product range and widen the number of banking services it can offer to its business clients. Earlier in the year, Volopa had also partnered with Yapily, an Open Banking API provider, aiming to deliver a seamless payment experience for finance teams.

Volopa's mission is to assist businesses in unlocking their potential through simpler, faster, and more transparent payment solutions. With each strategic partnership and integration, the company continues to enhance its suite of tools, helping finance teams across the globe manage their expense-related tasks efficiently and effectively. As part of this latest integration, the company demonstrates a continued focus on client needs and innovation, equipping businesses with a wider choice in managing and processing expenses.
